FFXV PC Demo Obviously, many player don’t like this port because of graphics. I honestly can’t tell the difference between different graphic settings except the brightness and shadow. There isn’t much to talk about the demo. It’s simply an opportunity for pc players to test the performance. I don’t why, but I’m not really into buying the game after I played the demo. And funny story: Origin provides the full content in tis demo except ....

All about FFXIV Patch 4.2. Glamour Dresser Players can only access glamour dresser in the inn room. This new glamour system is divided into two parts: dresser and plate. By consuming a Glamour Prism, players can add certain gears to the dresser. The plate is where players can edit 10 pre-made glamours sets. After applying the glamour set, every wearing gear will be glamoured to the every gear set. In other words, when I switch to SMN, some parts of the glamour set will not work if these parts are other role-only/job-only gears....

去了 GGJ,和一群不认识的人在 48 小时内创作游戏。今年主题是 “Transmission”。 Arden 负责背景乐和音效。他拿出了一个接口和话筒,录制了敲击键盘和说话声,然后做成了合成乐。善用 Logic。我特别喜欢他制作的 7 个敲击键盘的声音。我把这七个声音随机播放,再写了一个自动打字的效果,做成了打字机或者 terminal 的样子。Howard 又加上了一个闪烁的光标特效。Mekin 说他觉得最终效果很有意思。 Tyler 教了我如何用 LoadAll 和 按钮自带的 OnClick()。好机智啊。 public AudioSource mySource; public AudioClips myClips; void Awake () { Text txt; mySource = GetComponent<AudioSource>(); myClips = Resources.LoadAll<AudioClip>("the_path"); } Mekin 提出了以博弈论为基础做一个文字冒险的生存游戏。同时他也负责 3D 建模。他做了一台飞船上的电脑。Tyler 与 Howard 配合做了一个特别酷炫的屏幕放大特效,又在屏幕背后的宇宙中做了星光。 Eddy 也有一部分美工,但是他大部分时间都在管理创作进程。在最后一个小时内他完成了初始画面的背景图。Arden 三次发现了单词拼写错误,他就改了三次。 Kyle 依据 Mekin 的主意写出 15 页的剧本,由 Tyler 订正后写了模板导入 Unity3D。 原本的计划是制作一个网络匹配后的冒险游戏,但是我们并没有办法在第二天中午之前想出网络连接的程序,只能做成一个单一客户端。Mekin 总是建议我们使用 TCP,实际上我们也这么做了,可是要控制的变量超出了我们的能力。 最可怕的是在最后一小时发现了一个严重 bug,不得已只能去掉了光标效果才能让游戏运行。 特别有意思的是,Kyle 在最后一小时拉上了 Mekin 和 Arden,三人一起又做了一个超级简单的射击游戏“One Shot”。在展览上意外获得好评。Arden 制作的洗脑循环 “one shot” 十分魔性,每次听到我都特别想笑。...
